What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone number.
• Connected accounts: the profile name, picture and ID of each social account you connect, and the access tokens each network gives us with your permission.
• Your content: posts, captions, images, videos and schedules you create in Nasherly.
• Performance data: the statistics each network provides about your accounts and posts, used for analytics and reports.

How we use it

• Only to run the service: publishing and scheduling your posts, showing your analytics and creating your reports.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn data

• We access your accounts only with the permissions you approve, and only to publish and read statistics at your request.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Channels page or from the network’s own settings.

How long we keep it

• We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records.

Your rights

• You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. See the data deletion page or email us at support@nasherly.com.
